Final Reminder: EWH Science Symposium - Tomorrow

Dear Participants and Parents,

We’re excited to welcome you to the 3rd Annual East Windsor–Hightstown Science Symposium tomorrow (Saturday, April 11, 2026)! Event details were shared last week—here are a few final reminders to help ensure a smooth experience.

We Please arrive on time, as introductions and judging sessions will begin promptly according to the schedule.

We’re pleased to share that we have an even greater number of teams participating this year. As in previous years, we appreciate your cooperation in helping the event run smoothly and efficiently.

Directions & Parking

Venue: Hightstown High School Cafeteria

Please use Door 8 for entry and project drop-off (direct access to the cafeteria).
Door 8 is located facing the football and track fields—please drive around to the back of the school (see attached map).
The school’s front entrance will be closed.
Parking is available near Door 8.

Setup & Essentials

Check-in & Setup:

Grades 4–8: 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Grades K–3: 8:45 AM – 9:15 AM

What to Bring (in addition to your project work):

Power cords and extension cables (outlets may be far from your table)
Laptop (if required for your project or presentation)
