Special Presentation by Hightstown High School Robotics Team

While judging sessions are in progress, the Hightstown High School Robotics Team will be showcasing their work! This is a fantastic opportunity for students and parents to explore the exciting world of robotics and STEM innovation. Be sure to stop by and check it out!


Setup & Format

  • Upon check-in, each team will receive a designated table for setup in the common area.
  • Judging sessions will be held in a separate room. Only participants and judges are allowed. Parents of presenting teams will not be permitted in the judging room.
  • Each team has 15 minutes for their session, which includes entry, presentation, Q&A, and exit.
  • Projects will be judged using the attached rubric.
  • Volunteers and the organizing committee will be available to assist with setup and logistics.
  • Power outlets will be available. Teams needing power should bring their own extension cords, laptops, and any required equipment.
  • All attendees are encouraged to visit sponsor booths and activity tables while judging sessions are in progress.

Drop-off, Entry & Parking Information

  • Entrance: Please use Door #8, located near the play fields (refer to the attached map). This entrance provides direct access to the cafeteria common area.
  • Project Drop-off: Use Door #8 for dropping off project exhibits. The front entrance will be closed, and entry may not be available through that route.
  • Parking: Parking is available near Door #8 for easy access.

Directions to Door #8

  • From S Main St: Turn onto Leshin Lane and continue toward the back of the school, near the play fields. You will see Door #8 on your right, which leads directly to the cafeteria.
  • From Westerlea Ave: Turn left onto Leshin Lane and drive around the school building toward the play fields. Door #8 will be on your right, providing access to the cafeteria.
