* Notes:

  • Please arrive promptly as introductions and judging sessions will commence as per the above agenda.
  • Teams are encouraged to arrive as per assigned Check-in time, so that it allows enough time for table assignment and setting up their project exhibits at the assigned spots.
  • Volunteers shall guide teams to line up for the judging sessions and address any questions during the event.
  • The time for the activities will be announced 2 weeks before of the event date.
  • The sessions for the groups (grades K-2, 3-5 and 6-8) and time slots will be decided based on number of teams and participants.
  • All attendees are encouraged to visit sponsor booths and activity tables while judging sessions are in progress.
